You should tell people you're going to add a ! at the end of the message whether they ask for one or not. When I ordered a personalized cake, I didn't realize I'd be collabing with Agnes in the back. I don't appreciate her input. It was supposed be a stale and generic message. Instead you got birthday boy all hot and excited.4 stars for updating that delivery address a few times for me. 3

This was a special occasion for my mother. I was referred to Bake me a Wish and was satisfied. I will add that the box delivered was a bit damaged and the cream cheese icing was a bit out of place. The flowery decorations were broken. The taste no less was delicious.
