Joe was great! There was a mix up with the address with UPS and the cake was not delivered. I ordered the Red Velvet cake for my dad's 90th Birthday, so it was really special. I spoke with Joe and he fixed it with UPS! They came back and delivered the cake. Delicious and moist. My best bakery foever! BBF! I'M telling everyone about them.
