I love Victoria Sponge Cake but I've never been able to find it in the US. I was so glad to discover this site. This cake did not disappoint. It is delicious. Highly recommend.

This is a new entry from Bake Me a Wish, and I wish it was introduced earlier. Everyone loved this spongey cake with a great strawberry filling and creamy topper for the middle layer.It is a new cake and I'll bet soon to be a sold out cake entry. It is really great!
